Fourth of July

For some odd reason, we’ve had to move the last two years ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. We’d tell ourselves to hustle and keep from reminiscing too much so that we could celebrate at the end of the day with fireworks, at the very least. When 10pm hit, we’d find ourselves in the car with our last load trying to peek at whatever fireworks we could spot through crammed household items. This year, we were able to have the kind of celebration we had hoped for: bbq’s, good company, and popsicles. We love that homemade popsicles can be as simple as you want it to be. The ones we crafted are made of lemonade, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries (big berry fans over here). After a couple of hours in the freezer, you’ve got a batch of popsicles!
